Fees are agreed and paid in advance of the appointments or packages starting. Package fees can be paid in instalments as agreed at the point of booking. Instalments must be paid on the agreed schedule to continue through the programme. Payments can be made by bank transfer or with the supplied banking link.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice and ‘no shows’ will be charged in full.
